2. Cancellation Policy

NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED

Once a donation is successfully processed, it CANNOT be cancelled.

Donations are immediately allocated to our programs including broadcasts, podcasts, community awareness campaigns, and operational activities. Cancellations disrupt our program planning and delivery.

Before donating, please:

  • Verify the donation amount carefully

  • Ensure your payment details are correct

  • Confirm you want to support our mission


3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Policy

Donations are NON-REFUNDABLE. They are voluntary contributions, not payments for goods or services.

3.2 Refunds ONLY for Technical Errors

Refunds will be considered ONLY in these cases:

Duplicate transactions due to technical glitch
Payment gateway error - amount debited but donation not recorded
System malfunction - incorrect amount charged
Unauthorized/fraudulent transactions

3.3 NO Refunds For:

Change of mind
Donor's remorse
Personal financial difficulties
Disagreement with fund usage
Inability to claim tax benefits
Accidental wrong amount selection

4. How to Request a Refund

Eligible cases only (Section 3.2):

Step 1: Email within 7 days of transaction to [Insert Email Address]

Step 2: Provide:

  • Full Name

  • Email and Phone Number

  • Transaction ID

  • Date and Amount

  • Reason with proof

  • Bank details for refund

Step 3: We'll verify and respond within 10 business days

Step 4: If approved, refund processed in 10-15 business days

Total Time: 20-30 business days from request

5. Payment Gateway

All payments processed through Razorpay - our secure payment partner.

Failed transactions are usually auto-reversed by banks within 5-7 days. If not reversed after 7 days, contact us.

6. Tax Exemption Certificates

  • Donation receipts issued within 7-10 business days via email

  • 80G certificates provided [if applicable]

  • Donations become completely non-refundable after certificate issuance
